How IVARIO testing works
From ordering your kit to receiving your results — simple, clear, and done from home.

Choose your test and place your order
Select the analysis that fits your situation — water, asbestos, or another test. Add it to your cart and complete your order in our shop. You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after.

Receive your sampling kit
Your sampling kit is dispatched within 1–2 working days. It contains your sample containers, a step-by-step sampling guide, and your sample code. Read the instructions carefully before proceeding.

Register your analysis in the Analysis Center
Log in to the IVARIO Analysis Center and register your analysis using the sample code from your kit. This activates your analysis and links it to your account.
Why register first? Once registered, the Analysis Center provides personalised sampling instructions — including the best time to send your sample so it reaches the lab without delays. Your free prepaid return shipping label is also generated here.

Take your sample
Follow the personalised instructions provided in the Analysis Center. Depending on the test, this means collecting a water sample from your tap, collecting household dust, or taking a small material sample. No technical knowledge or specialist equipment is required.
Note for asbestos tests: Protective equipment (gloves, mask, goggles) is not included in the kit. We recommend using appropriate protection when taking material samples.

Send your sample to the lab
Seal your sample using the materials provided. Print your prepaid return shipping label from the Analysis Center, attach it to your package, and hand it in at any post office. Postage is covered — no additional costs.

Receive your results
Once your sample arrives at the laboratory, analysis begins. Standard turnaround is 7–10 working days for asbestos tests and 5–7 working days for most water tests. You will receive an email notification as soon as your report is ready. Your detailed lab report is available directly in your Analysis Center account.
