I've used other analysis products before. This one is the most expensive... I had to take a moment to process that... but I needed this comprehensive analysis for a vacation rental, where I simply had to know everything... luckily everything was fine - the presentation of the analysis results was very clear.

We recently moved into our new house (an older building from the 1960s) and needed a mold test for our bathroom. During our research, we came across water analysis and thought, "Why not?" Our child is only one year old, and who knows what kind of pipes we have here or whether the tap water is of the same quality when it enters the system. Since we use a water dispenser and also wanted to use the water for preparing baby formula, we decided to go for it. The order arrived quickly, and taking the samples was no problem thanks to the easy-to-understand instructions. You just have to be careful when you take the samples, as they need to be refrigerated and arrive quickly in the mail (ice packs are included and must be frozen beforehand). Our results were available online about 10 days later (you receive an access code to view them on the website). The analysis is incredibly comprehensive, and what I found particularly great was the written classification of each analyzed component and a direct comparison to established limit values. Because some test results don't have limit values, and I wanted to know what it meant if traces of a specific substance were found in our water, I called the customer service representative again (I had already done so for the mold test). She was able to help me again (even though this time it was a question about the content of the test, not about coordination). But what pleased me most was our result: we seem to have good pipes, because the water comes out of the tap clean, and we can use it without any worries.

The test kit arrived in a thermal box (styrofoam) and was very well packaged. Included were cooling packs and detailed instructions on how to perform the test. Everything was clearly and understandably described. The return address was also included, along with precise instructions on how to return the kit. Simply send it back and wait for the result. The result can then be easily accessed online using your personal access code. In summary, I can wholeheartedly recommend this product!
