We wanted to be on the safe side and have our tap water tested, as we mainly drink tap water. The water test kit was delivered quickly, and the sample collection process was very well described. We received the results two days after the sample arrived at the lab. The report clearly lists each individual value along with the corresponding legal maximum values according to the Drinking Water Ordinance. The report can then be accessed online, downloaded, and printed. Now we can continue drinking our tap water without any worries.

The product arrived as described. The water sample is best taken early in the morning. Send in the sample and you'll receive the analysis results a few days later. Communication is via email and is simple and user-friendly. For anyone wanting to test their tap water at home, this offers a quick and easy solution.

Fast delivery, everything good.

Very detailed analysis. Unfortunately, this doesn't work with biological analysis. I still don't know if the water in the holiday home (Italy) is bacteriologically safe to drink.

Fast results after 8 days, easy and trouble-free handling.

Good description, easy to follow. I had my result after seven days! Excellent!

The test was easy to complete, and the evaluation process was also very user-friendly – everything was great, and I will use it again.

Our 3 liters of drinking water a day come almost entirely from our tap. That's why it's important for us to know the water quality. The instructions are easy to understand, and after collecting the water samples in the morning, we were able to send them to the lab using the enclosed shipping label. The test results were available online within a week and presented in a clear, easy-to-understand graphic format. Best of all: the water flowing through our tap is excellent.

As described in the comprehensive article on well water by our editorial team, this test is a clear recommendation for users of natural water (with and without filters). We test our wells with Ivario!!

It was important for us to have everything covered. That's why we took this test and we are very satisfied.

We are a young family and wanted to have our tap water tested. I researched several testing options and found that only a proper laboratory analysis could provide the desired results. The Plus test covers many important parameters and offers excellent value for money. The positive reviews of Ivario also convinced me. The results arrived within a few days, and I was notified promptly by email. I would definitely order again. Thank you very much.

The product kit arrived the day after ordering, and everything was clearly and simply described. Sample collection is easy, and we had no questions whatsoever. It's very straightforward. After five days, we received an email with the test results, including many interesting values, such as lead levels. We also received plenty of explanatory text to help us – there were no unanswered questions, and we didn't need to use the free support. I can definitely recommend the Ivario water test to anyone who wants to be sure about their tap water, as it can contain many things you might not immediately expect.

I ordered this water test almost two years ago. Now I've ordered it again. I think it's commendable that IVARIO offers such consistent service!

Take the test, it cleared up a lot of things for us!!!111

We've already had many analyses performed for our clients by Ivario and are always completely satisfied with the KOMBITEST. =) Thank you also for the highly competent (and free!) telephone consultation. Keep up the good work!

A lot of values, which I find good. Especially interesting for me as a mother...nitrate, sulfate, etc.

My package arrived safely, there were no problems. I am pleased with the numerous positive aspects and the peace of mind.

One star deducted because the packaging was damaged...but the team here is incredibly helpful! The purchase process was quick and easy – all in all, great!

We had a few questions about our problem, which were answered competently. The rest of the process was also easy to understand and follow. We, or rather I, are completely satisfied!

Delivery was very fast, and the instruction manual was excellent! The results were also perfectly displayed, just as expected. Like I said: Top-notch!

Everything went perfectly, we have no complaints. Thank you very much and we will recommend you.

You'd pay much more elsewhere for what you get here! I did some research, and some of the shops are incredibly chaotic, you wouldn't believe it. I saw a friend's "evaluation" – forget it. I can only recommend this one. Great provider!
